These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and dark168 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the dark168 online gaming platform accessible at https://dark168.cam ("the Platform"), including all associated games, products, services, promotions, and content offered therein.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the dark168 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players using the dark168 Platform from Malaysia and any other permitted jurisdiction. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the dark168 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dark168 operates a strict21+ policy for all gambling services. Age verification will be conducted at registration and may be repeated at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not hold an existing active or suspended dark168 Account. Each individual may hold only one registered Account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the dark168 Platform or had an Account closed by dark168 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or close family member of a director or employee of dark168 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.

4.1 Registration

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. dark168 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify dark168 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

dark168 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or the witholding of withdrawal requests.

4.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and winnings.

By accessing the dark168 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you shall not:

• Use the Platform in any manner that could impair, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server, or network connected to the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software intended to give you an unfair advantage or to exploit technical errors in the Platform.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or other co-ordinated activity intended to defraud dark168 or other players.
• Use the Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or location at any point during your use of the Platform.

dark168 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, witholding of funds, or referal to relevant authorities.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dark168 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from major Malaysian banks includingMaybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit card transactions are also supported where available.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. dark168 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation by the respective payment provider.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified payment method in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. dark168 targets the following processing times: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank transfer — 15 to 60 minutes. These are target times and may vary during periods of high volume or bank processing constraints.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the dark168 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). dark168 does not charge currency conversion fees for Malaysian players transacting in MYR.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dark168 are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a x15 wagering requirement on a RM200 bonus means a total of RM3,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal.
• The maximum permitted bet per round or transaction while Bonus Funds are active is typicallyRM 250 to RM 500 as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Different game categories contribute varying percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports betting contributions are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are subject to expiry windows as specified in each promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• dark168 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

All games available on the dark168 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating in any game.

For sports betting, markets are offered on events including but not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting competitions. Pre-match and in-play betting is available subject to market availability. dark168 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to, manifest error, data feed failure, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual gaming sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dark168 Platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referal to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or Account.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers contrary to their terms, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or co-ordinating with other players to abuse bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting using dark168 funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Deploying bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any third-party software that materially affects the fairness or integrity of play.
• Any activity constituting money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under applicable Malaysian law or international law.

dark168 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools, which are available to all registered players at no cost through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are permitted to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session time reminders and cut-off points.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may elect to temporarily suspend their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the dark168 Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. Once self-exclusion is applied, it may not be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

All intellectual property rights in the dark168 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, game content, graphics, text, data, and the overall selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by or licensed to dark168. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as confering any licence or right to use any intellectual property of dark168 without prior written consent.

You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, or creating derivative works of any content from the dark168 Platform for any commercial or public purpose without the express prior written consent of dark168.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dark168 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.

dark168 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dark168 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, dark168's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

dark168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific or promotional rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Clause 9 of these Terms.
• At the request of relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Where dark168 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the welfare of the player.

Upon termination for cause, dark168 reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings, and withold Player Funds pending investigation. Verified Player Funds (excluding Bonus Funds and associated winnings where forfeiture is applicable) will be returned to the player through the most recent verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dark168 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and dark168 in connection with your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration or an alternative dispute resolution process as determined by dark168's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.

dark168 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to players via the Platform, email, or both. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the dark168 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
